Current Policy Proposal — Council Tax-Free Homes Under £250,000: For qualifying primary residences with an independently assessed current market value below £250,000, Revival Party proposes a full Council Tax exemption. Local services should be protected through replacement funding, with detailed valuation, devolved-nation, eligibility and anti-avoidance rules published alongside the costed proposal.
