Revival Party’s regions, infrastructure and devolution policy would link greater local decision-making to clear accountability, publish the case for major investment, strengthen transport and digital connections, support productive local economies, and measure whether public spending actually improves jobs, access and opportunity across towns, cities and rural communities.
